• Production • Our Ratafia is made using grape must from a premium variety, Pinot Noir, and brandy made from our wine aged in oak barrels for years.

• Winemaking • It ages and matures in barrels to give it a glossy red colour. The Pinot Noir brings breathtaking red berry aromas. The subtle and understated brandy brings out the aromas.

• Wine Pairings • A popular choice for pre-dinner drinks or served with foie gras, some types of cheese and dessert. It even holds its own against chocolate.
